Donors contribute 1/21 of the total goal; QLF matches the rest.

What are the key timelines?

Submit the pre-registration of your project now. We will review and approve it within 7 days. Full x20 matching available for projects registered on this soft launch phase. You will receive additional communications once your project is pre-registered.

How are funds allocated?

Once the donations portion (1/21) is raised, QLF deploys the matching. Full project funding and operations activate in Phase 2 (by Q3 2026). Progress reporting ensures transparency.
