OUR MANIFESTO

Quantum Legacy Foundation is a registered humanitarian non-profit committed to addressing economic inequality through targeted financial support, education, infrastructure, and technology. We partner closely with local communities to create projects that build long-term resilience, dignity, and opportunity.

Creating Positive Impact

Aquaponia

Integrates aquaculture and hydroponics; high yields. 5 sites planned Q1–Q4 2026; budget €2.5M–7.5M; impact 5K–15K per site; revenue €100K–300K/year.

Infrastructure Development

Schools, dining centers, foster homes, water systems; phased rollout; initial budget of €2.4M–3M; direct impact 30K, ripple 90K.

Quantum SEED

Interest-free capital + mentorship for entrepreneurs; rotating fund; budget €2M–5M; impact 500–1K entrepreneurs; 1K–2K jobs.

Community Programs

Local capacity building, arts and sports initiatives, agritech pilot projects linking schools and families to sustainable income sources.
